Face Mask Cannot Be Worn More Than Prescribed Limits. Watch Out For Anyone Who Wears To Sleep!

There must be many of us who practice the use of face masks to keep the skin healthy and beautiful. But many also remember that the longer we wear the mask, the better the effect for our face. That's wrong!  


Usually the recommended time period is 15 to 25 minutes. Many also remember it is better to wear it until bedtime. That is the wrong practice because it can dry the skin of the face.The moisture will be lost if left too long and the bad news is that it will absorb the moisture from your  face instead. So scary! Be sure to set an alarm on the phone if you are afraid of getting carried away while wearing a face mask and forgot to take it off.

To be beautiful, we must follow and understand what is best for our skin. Do not follow your own assumptions or later the result will not as expected.

    1. So many times I left it on my face overnight without knowing the consequences. Make sure you remember not too leave it too long when trying it in the future.
