Bad Cholesterol on The Eyes & Face

Does anyone have problems with spots or warts under the eyes? Not acne but cholesterol warts. It is difficult to get rid of white spots under the eyes despite using various methods. It is difficult to get rid of the cause if the cause of this spot is unknown.

Cholesterol (fat) seeds or xanthomas and also known as milia. It is excess fat that appears under the skin. Everyone has the potential to get these cholesterol seeds including children as well as adults, women or men. Xanthomas can appear anywhere on the body but are usually found on the elbows, knees, hands, feet, joints, and buttocks. However, it usually occurs under the eyes or specifically known as palpebraic xanthelasma.

How to Overcome Cholesterol Seeds?

1. Reduce fried and fatty foods that are high in cholesterol.

Bad Cholesterol is cholesterol that the body does not need and is known as LDL. Cholesterol is well known as HDL. Examples of foods that need to be reduced are meat, margarine and sweet desserts.

2. Increase fiber intake such as vegetables and fruits.

Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables as it can help reduce cholesterol in the body due to its fiber content. It is recommended to take fresh fruit and fruit juice without sugar mixture. Increase food intake which can increase the level of good fats such as beans, avocado, olive oil. Regular intake to help lower cholesterol levels.

3. Eat foods that contain Omega 3.

The easiest example, Fish. Increase fish intake in your daily meals. The fish that has high Omega 3 is catfish. Sea fish is also possible. 

4. Add garlic in cooking

Garlic is known for its anti-inflammatory and natural antibiotics. When our body is high in cholesterol, the body will easily have inflammation.
